Overview In this Team Manager role, you lead store performance and team development to exceed targets. You guide on-floor operations, shaping a service-driven culture and strong client relationships as a Gucci ambassador. You foster a professional, high-performing team and collaborate with Retail, Human Resources, Merchandising, and VM to drive results. This role offers impact in luxury retail, with a focus on client experience, product knowledge, and performance optimization.
