This role requires deep technical knowledge, industry-specific application insight, and the ability to align SSE’s engineered solutions with customer performance, reliability, and efficiency goals. /ppstronguResponsibilities /u /strong /pulliIdentify, qualify, and develop new and existing customer opportunities for controls, upgrades and retrofit projects across industrial markets. /liliOwn the full opportunity lifecycle from early customer engagement and technical discovery through commercial negotiation, contract award, and transition to execution. /liliLead customer engagement through technical discovery, asset assessments, scope definition,
and opportunity qualification. /liliCollaborate with engineering and controls teams to develop integrated solutions involving mechanical repairs, refurbishments, and reengineering; control system upgrades (PLC, DCS, HMI, instrumentation, automation integration); and reliability, efficiency, and emissions-improvement initiatives. /liliDevelop compelling value propositions that align engineered solutions with customer performance, availability, lifecycle cost, commercial value, and compliance objectives. /liliPrepare detailed, customized technical and commercial proposals and presentations. /liliServe as liaison between customers, engineering, field services, and operations departments to ensure technical alignment from proposal through execution. /liliSupport bid clarification, technical negotiations, contract development, and project kick-off activities ensuring commercially sound outcomes and c
