and skills implications of decisions * Support organizational transformation, technology adoption, and change initiatives with clear communication * Promote a high-performance, accountable and inclusive culture aligned with Ariston Group values * Lead workforce planning across the site and coordinate recruitment priorities with Talent Acquisition * Build capability plans through skills assessment, upskilling, reskilling, and leadership development * Support internal mobility and cross-site collaboration to strengthen the talent pipeline * Lead industrial relations and maintain constructive relationships with unions and employee representatives * Ensure compliance with Italian labour law, collective agreements and local procedures * Own HR dashboards and provide actionable insights on headcount, costs, turnover, injuries, and other indicators * Partner with Finance on labour-cost planning, forecasting and productivity actions * Contribute to World Clas
