We are looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented Direct Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Engagement & Loyalty team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. You will play a key role in shaping the customer contact strategy, fostering long‑term and meaningful relationships with our clients. Your Impact As a Direct Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving seamless data‑driven communication across multiple channels, ensuring the adoption of best practices to maximize engagement and conversion. * Support the global contact strategy definition and deliver performance improvements ensuring channel effectiveness and conversion optimization * Orchestrate communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications) to drive digital engagement across multiple touchpoints * Oversee the email communication production process in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders * Manage campaign reporting and analytics to drive improvements with a test,
