In this role, you will provide customer support in Italian and English, assist users with technical inquiries, resolve customer issues, document cases accurately, and help turn challenging situations into positive customer experiences. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Portugal or willing to relocate. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.
