Overview In this role you will manage a defined portfolio of major TD SYNNEX customers, driving revenue, profitability, and new business across the portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor, maintaining close relationships with key decision-makers through face-to-face engagements and strategic planning. You will coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver value, negotiate high-value opportunities, and push for growth while ensuring margin and service level targets. This position offers exposure to C-suite discussions, complex account planning, and e-commerce enablement programs that scale with the business. equity & inclusion initiatives * onboarding program within first 30 days * peer-led inclusive communities and volunteering opportunities Responsabilità * Develop and manage large/strategic accounts with growth opportunities and complex variables * Maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers through regular face-to-face visits * Create and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth * Negotiate high-value opportunities and close deals * Identify incremental business through strong customer relationships * Lead internal resources across sales, operations, and SBUs to fulfill customer needs * Identify project opportunities with the Business Development Manager * Coordinate board-level engagement addressing business objectives * Ensure margin targets and balanced product mix while delivering value * Gather customer insights and analyze accounts to maximize opportunities * Ensure timely reporting and CRM data accuracy * Promote and drive usage of InTouch e-commerce tool * Maintain and improve customer SLAs * Prepare value propositions for C-level discussions * Provide presentations to all levels with clear, concise messaging * Demonstrate gravitas and business credibility Requisiti fond
