pWe are looking for bItalian-speaking Banking Financial Services Specialists /b to join an international customer support team in bLisbon /b. /p pIn this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support across a wide range of banking and financial services enquiries. You will handle customer interactions via bphone, email and chat /b, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience. /p pbPlease note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory. /b /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liHandle customer enquiries via bphone, email and chat /b, aiming for first-contact resolution. /li liManage customer cases from beginning to end, including more complex requests. /li liProvide support with bbanking transactions, fraud-related cases, disputes and chargebacks /b. /li liHandle complaints professionally and ensure fair and appropriate outcomes. /li liIdentify and support vulnerable customers, adapting your approach when required.



/li liFollow established procedures while using good judgment when dealing with complex situations. /li liShare knowledge and provide feedback to colleagues to help improve processes and customer support. /li liAdapt quickly to changing customer and business needs. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul libFluent Italian /b and good bEnglish /b communication skills. /li liStrong communication skills with a customer-focused and empathetic approach. /li liConfidence when handling complex situations and making decisions. /liliAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. /li liStrong attention to detail and a responsible, risk-aware mindset. /li liFlexibility and willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes. /li liPrevious experience in bbanking, financial services, customer service or contact centres /b is an advantage. /li /ul h3Contract Working Conditions /h3 ul li12-month initial c
