Content Activation & Omnichannel Orchestration Manager

In this role you drive omnichannel activation and content orchestration to deliver consistent customer experiences across field and digital channels for selected TA/Disease Areas. You partner with brand teams to translate journeys into actionable channel plans, ensure content readiness and compliance, and use platforms like SFMC, Oncore, and iCVA to measure and improve impact. You’ll lead governance and support adoption of the ICE framework, shaping how content fuels business outcomes. You work cross-functionally to enable high-quality, compliant content delivery at scale.
- Design and execute insights-driven omnichannel strategies aligned with customer journeys and ICE framework
- Translate journeys into orchestration plans including channel mix, sequencing, cadence, and execution via SFMC and Oncore
- Build omnichannel capability by supporting teams in using SFMC, iCVA, V&A; channels, and related platforms
- Own end-to-end content activation ensuring localization readiness, compliance, and alignment with CE&C; standards
- Monitor and improve omnichannel performance using KPIs like HCP engagement, campaign quality, content utilization, journey adoption, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Optimize TA, V&A;, and Communications & Patient Advocacy content for field and digital platforms (Oncore CRM, iCVA) while ensuring quality and compliance
- Oversee standards and governance for content tagging, FUSE uploads, and MLR processes, delegating day-to-day execution to content owners
- Support handshake meetings between International and local brand teams to ensure model adoption and TA remit for content production
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree in Management or Operations preferred
- Fluent in English and Italian
- 3+ years' experience in Commercial Excellence, Omnichannel Marketing, Sales & Marketing Operations, or similar in pharma/life sciences/regulatory environments
- Proven expertise with CRM, SFMC (or similar), and digital content tools like iCVA
- Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, and execution standards for customer-facing activities
- Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement and execution metrics for continuous improvement
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and content approval requirements in regulated environments (MLR)
