We're launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centers in Arese — and we're looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You'll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community. Contract Fixed Term, part‐time (approx. 30h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base of 20.000 € plus a 5% Gross profit of the centre Your Role in Our Mission Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre,
ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction Monitor key performance indicators and use data‐driven insights to optimise results Maintain a welcoming, safe and well‐functioning learning space for students and tutors Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market What You Will Bring A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and make things happen Strong leadership and team‐building skills to inspire and guide your local team Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Italian and English A customer‐centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding educational experiences Analytical thinking to track KPIs and turn data into actions and improvements Openness Statement We value your unique skills and passion.
