Data Management & Infrastructure Manager
As Data Management & Infrastructure Manager, you will own the country data foundation and deliver a single, trusted view of critical data across sources. You will govern ingestion, transformation, and master data management in line with enterprise standards, coordinating data flows to support analytics readiness. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global data governance, privacy, and AI ethics requirements while promoting sustainable data solutions. Your role drives data quality, reporting readiness, and cross-functional collaboration across the product lifecycle, enabling country-priority analytics and AI use cases. - Own and optimize the country Data, Analytics and Platforms data foundation to provide a single, trusted data view
- Define and govern rules for data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and master data management
- Coordinate data integration across key platforms to ensure timely, analytics-ready data
- Ensure alignment with global governance, architecture, privacy, compliance, and AI ethics requirements
- Implement and improve data quality controls and resolve data issues
- Support data privacy and access models in line with standards
- Maintain data layer for reporting, dashboards, analytics, and AI/GenAI use cases
- Perform data validation and root-cause analysis for anomalies
- Enable analytics and AI use cases by ensuring data readiness for pilots and scale
- University degree in Business, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, MDM, or enterprise data strategy
- Experience as a Data Product Owner with requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and cross-functional delivery
- Strong knowledge of pharma data domains and regulatory environment
- Ability to drive data strategy, enable new datasets, and deliver automation and change management
- Expertise in SQL and data management; knowledge of Python or R; knowledge of data governance/quality tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, consulting, and stakeholder-influencing skills
- English required, Italian preferred; strong ethical and leadership mindset
