pWe are looking for a figure capable of creating and developing, both nationally and internationally, a Content Marketing, Public Relations and user engagement strategy, in line with company objectives.The candidate must have a strategic-creative approach on an editorial level, reporting the results directly to the company's CEO.The resource must be creative, innovative and passionate, in particular it must have skills in the Fintech or Finance world.He/she will have to manage the presence of the company on the different channels (existing or new) by working closely with the marketing team.He/she will also have to manage relations with journalists to feed the company's presence in the general and sector press. /p h3Responsibility /h3 ul liDevelopment of the Content Marketing and Digital PR strategy for the growth of the brand /li liDefinition of objectives and priorities related to Content Marketing /li liCompetition analysis and related KPI definition and monitoring /li liStrategic-creative approach on editorial level and its elaboration /li liWriting,



sharing and promotion of multimedia and non-multimedia contents (Native adv, ...) /li liAnalytical report of the activities carried out /li liDevelopment and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders /li /ul h3Training and Technical Skills required /h3 ul liPrevious work experience in the sector of at least 2-3 years /li liExperience in the Fintech or Finance world /li liIn-depth knowledge of the business logic related to Content Marketing and the related engagement logic /li liKnowledge of the macro dynamics of SEO and communication in general /li liExcellent copywriting skills /li liExcellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) /li liAdvanced problem solving and planning skills for deliverable and timeline management /li /ul h3Personal characteristics /h3 ul liAbility to manage a team of people and for team work /li liAbility to work autonomously and proactively /li liGood communication and interpersonal
