Overview In this role you will own the end-to-end platform for client communications, delivering a cohesive, compliant experience across channels. You will partner with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product and Engineering to unify tools and data, close regulatory gaps, and enable scalable growth. You’ll shape the roadmap for a greenfield, event-driven orchestration layer and a shared communication log, driving operational excellence. This is a chance to define how Qonto’s teams communicate with customers at scale, using a modern, cross-functional platform. Responsabilità * Own greenfield development of the shared, event-driven orchestration layer and a unified communication log * Define and drive the initial product roadmap for the client communication platform * Enable cross-functional collaboration across CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product,
and Engineering * Build a scalable system that teams across the company can readily adopt * Close regulatory gaps and improve operational excellence through the communication platform Requisiti fondamentali * Senior Product Management experience owning platform-level problems across multiple tools * Hands-on with communication/CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Customer.io) or similar notification systems * Experience operating in environments with competing stakeholder claims (Regulatory, Marketing, Product, Operations) * Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership * Clear and confident communication * Cross-functional leadership * Strategic thinking and problem-solving * Braze * Customer.io * SendGrid
