h3Responsibilities /h3pOwn Renesas solution marketing strategy for motor drives in EMEA, covering industrial drives servo, building automation, HVAC, appliances, power tools, drones and 2-wheelers market segments. /ppAct as an industry-expert by providing vision, guidance expertise to Renesas' sales FAE community, customers and distribution network. /ppAnalyse market drivers business potential, customer challenges competition's positioning; identify white spaces and new business opportunities. /ppDefine solutions roadmap, value proposition, collaterals (kits, reference designs, documentation, tutorials) and go-to-market in collaboration with HW and SW product groups; act as the voice of EMEA market inside Renesas. /ppProactively promote solutions to customers and distribution network, in collaboration with Renesas' sales FAE organisation and channel marketing team. /ppAcquire new customers, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, contribute to increase funnel generation conversion. /ppBuild up an ecosystem of partners (design houses, SW providers, labs...),



participate and speak at technology events. /ph3Locations /h3pThis position can be filled also in: Italy (Milano), Germany (Munich, Nabern or Dusseldorf) or Austria (Graz). /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor of Science or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or in similar field /lili7 years or more experience in business development, technical marketing, technical sales, field application engineering or product management in the semiconductor, power electronics or motor drive industry. /liliSolid working knowledge of motor drive systems: BLDC/PMSM/ACIM/SynRM, FOC and sensorless control, inverter topologies, gate driving, current/position sensing, MCUs and real-time control, power switches (Si/SiC/GaN), EMC and thermal considerations, functional safety (IEC 61800-5-2/STO, ISO 13849, IEC 61508) and relevant standards. /liliEntrepreneurial self-starter: builds the plan and then executes it hands-
