About the Role
This role is part of a premium health and wellness group and focuses on producing high-quality food using approved and locally sourced ingredients where possible. The post-holder will contribute to the food development journey and can share menu ideas through Chef Forums. Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the business.
- Produce great quality food.
- Use quality ingredients from approved suppliers and locally sourced where possible.
- Contribute to the food development journey.
- Share ideas for menu additions through Chef Forums.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Self-motivated and takes pride in producing great quality food.
- Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
- Passionate about customer service.
