Annual Base Salary: EUR 33,500-44,450 gross/year.
CONSUMER EVENTS ASSOCIATE
The Consumer Events Associate supports the DTC Manager in the development, execution, and continuous optimization of own- and third-party events, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
The role collaborate on the development of consumer-centric event activations, leveraging an integrated offline and online approach to strengthen Ploom brand equity and awareness, drive conversion, and deliver engaging and meaningful consumer experiences.
Working closely with Brand, Digital, and Horeca&Leisure; teams, the Associate supports budget control, tracks marketing investments, maximizes ROI, and ensures accurate and timely PR/PO processing for events-related activities.
As the Consumer Events Associate in the area of Marketing, you will:
- Support the development and execution of own- and third-party events strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
- Support the activation of brand presence across key events through strategic visibility solutions, consumer engagement initiatives, and exclusive experiences designed to strengthen brand equity, drive conversion, and enhance consumer relationships.
- Collaborate with the Horeca&Leisure; team to identify,
select, and define strategic events for consumer activities.
- Work cross-functionally with involved teams to define and track key KPIs for events performance and consumer engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of all events, ensuring timely execution, continuous optimization, and effective follow-up of event-related activities.
- Ensure efficiency of marketing investments by tracking budgets, measuring performance, and maximizing ROI.
- Support budget control, ensuring expenditures align with approved plans and supporting accurate and timely PR/PO processing.
Requirements
- University Degree in Business Economics
- English and Italian
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in consumer engagement, training, field activation, retail operations, or ambassador/field force enablement roles
- Experience in supporting event strategy execution, KPI tracking, budget control, ROI monitoring, PR/PO processing, and cross-functional collaboration with several teams and external agencies.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel), database and SAP knowledge is a plus
