And together, you'll build something worth being proud of. /p pbWhat you'll be doing /b /p pAs our Senior Engineering Manager in the Consumer domain, you'll set the technical and organizational direction for an entire domain, empowering millions of users in how they pay, manage money, and access credit. /p pHere’s what that looks like in practice:
/p ul lipbLead and grow the Consumer domain – /b Own the health and direction of three teams via 3 direct‑report Engineering Managers and a Staff Engineer (15–25 engineers total), fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. /p /li lipbPeople management mentorship – /b Actively invest in coaching and developing reporting managers, calibrating performance across teams, and identifying stretch opportunities for both managers and engineers. /p /li lipbDrive domain strategy technical execution – /b Translate product and business goals into a clear, predictable technical roadmap across multiple teams, resolving cross‑team dependencies and ensuring reliable execution. /p /li lipbCollaborate across domains – /b Partner closely with Product leadership, Staff/Principal Engineers, and peer Engineering Managers to align on priorities and define overarching engineering standards. /p /li lipbRep
