Recordati in Milano seeks an HR Associate to support HR processes across Italy for Specialty&Primary; Care and Rare Diseases. You will work with managers and employees to ensure smooth employee lifecycle activities in an international pharmaceutical setting.
Ideal candidates have ~3 years of HR experience, familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors is a plus), and solid data reporting skills. Fluency in English is required; travel up to 20% is possible.
