People Analytics, Project Management and stakeholder collaboration while making a tangible impact across the region. /p h3bWhat you'll get to do /b /h3 pbSupport to the Global Director Markets HR Team /b /p ul liProvide day-to-day operational and coordination support to the HR Director and the regional HR team. /li liCoordinate meetings, agendas and follow-up actions across the regional HR community. /li liPrepare presentations, reports, dashboards and briefing materials for leadership meetings and business reviews. /li liSupport the preparation and follow-up of regional HR governance forums, ensuring action tracking and stakeholder alignment. /li liAct as a key coordination point between the regional HR team and local markets. /li /ul pbTalent Management High Potential Tracking /b /p ul liSupport the coordination and follow-up of Talent Review and Succession Planning processes across markets.
