Job Description We are hiring aDirector of Sustainability Europe (m./f.). Location : France (Gennevilliers, Tours, Amiens) or Italy (Piossasco). Who will you be working worth? Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Sustainability, the Director, EU Sustainability will lead execution of Wabtec's sustainability strategy across the Transit business and European operations while ensuring alignment with the Company's global sustainability priorities and governance framework. This role serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating evolving sustainability regulations, customer requirements, market trends, and stakeholder expectations into practical business strategies and actions. The position combines advanced technical expertise in sustainability, environmental,
and ESG disclosure frameworks with the ability to influence senior leaders, engage customers, and support commercial growth. How will you make a difference? The successful candidate will be a member of the Corporate Sustainability team and partner closely with business leadership, Finance, Legal, Procurement, EHS, Government Affairs, and Communications to advance sustainability initiatives, coordinate disclosure obligations, and strengthen Wabtec's sustainability leadership in the transportation industry.
