We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting YOUR TASKS * You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay * You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out * You are the first point of contact for our guests and all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians * You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities * You take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering to e-mails and online requests, up-selling, responding to online reviews and much more * You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one * You're flexible and understand that we are rotation shifts (Morning, Evening and Night shifts)
