Foreman Fitter, supported by one or more Apprentices, is the responsible of all the installation phases, such as: * material storage on site * preliminary measurements * elevator assembly * commissioning * direct communication with management * Apprentices practical training and skill refining Perfect profile features are: * minimum one year experience in lift installation * strong safety orientation * problem solving attitude * respect for rules and installation methods According to skill and attitude, a Foreman Fitter can operate as a mono‑brand installer, or range between different brands.
