Distribution Centre Veneto (DCV), located in Castelguglielmo (RO), is a young and growing distribution centre within the JYSK network. As we continue to develop our operations, teams, and ways of working, we are looking for people who want to contribute, take ownership, and grow together with the business.
We are looking for a hands‑on Team Leader who enjoys leading people, improving operations, and creating a high‑performing and engaged team.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient logistics flow, either within the Outbound Department or the Inbound Department. You will lead and develop a team of warehouse employees while working closely with the Department Manager and other stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
In the Warehouse
Ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish
Ensure accurate and efficient loading and documentation processes
Coordinate and secure timely transport bookings
Ensure all relevant operational information is clearly communicated and followed up
Team Management & DC Operations
Lead, motivate, and develop your team of operational employees
Ensure a safe and positive working environment
Work with the Department Manager on personal development plans
Provide clear structure regarding tasks, responsibilities, and expectations
Support the onboarding and training of new employees
Resolve ad hoc operational challenges
Leadership & Culture
Lead by example in everything you do
Act as a leader, coach, and communicator
Live and promote the JYSK Values: Tradesman, Colleague, and Corporate Spirit
Qualifications

You will work with many international colleagues from other JYSK Distribution Centres, sharing best practices and discussing the challenges involved in building a new Distribution Centre.
