For our R&D; Centre, located at AREA Science Park in Trieste, we are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) to join our Research & Innovation department. Your responsibilities: * Lead innovation projects focused on data analysis from production lines, development trials, and mathematical modeling. * Analyze and correlate process parameters with finished product quality. * Support development teams in leveraging AI technologies to optimize formulations and production processes. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Research & Innovation teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement. Your profile: * Advanced skills in data analytics, machine learning,
and the application of artificial intelligence to business and industrial processes. * Experience in integrating, managing, and analyzing data generated from research activities, experimental trials, and product development projects. * Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and related production technologies is considered as an advantage. * Familiarity with MES and SCADA systems, as well as the collection and processing of data from industrial plants, is preferred. * Good knowledge of the English language. #J-18808-Ljbffr
