Role Overview
We are looking for an Area Lead SAP Consultant with 5+ years of experience in at least one main SAP module and previous experience in consulting companies or system integrators.
The role combines SAP expertise, project delivery, team coordination, client interaction and business development within international SAP transformation projects.
Candidates MUST have:
5+ years of hands-on SAP experience
Strong expertise in at least one main SAP module
Previous experience in consulting companies or system integrators
Experience in SAP implementation, rollout or transformation projects
Strong knowledge of business processes
Experience coordinating project activities and/or small teams
Professional proficiency in English and Italian, written and spoken
Please note: Candidates with experience only as SAP end-users in final client companies may not be aligned with the requirements of this role.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate small teams in SAP project delivery
Analyse business requirements and support solution design
Manage client and stakeholder interactions
Support SAP implementation, rollout and optimisation activities
Coordinate operational meetings and project activities
Contribute to process improvement and business development initiatives
Support and mentor team members
Nice to Have
SAP S/4HANA experience
Experience across multiple SAP modules
SAP certification
International project experience

Expected salary range: € 50,000 – € 55,000 gross annual, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
