# AI DeveloperDIGITALFULL REMOTEIBRIDOSALERNOApplyMare Group is recruiting an AI Developer for the Digital area, full remote or hybrid, based in Salerno.### Business areaHyperautomation### Position descriptionThe AI Developer is responsible for the development, design, training and optimisation of AI models to solve **classification** problems (e.g. image recognition, sentiment analysis) and **regression** problems (e.g. prediction of numerical values, time series analysis).### Main responsibilities* **Design and implement** machine learning models, with a focus on classification and regression.* **Select and pre-process** datasets, applying feature engineering and data augmentation techniques.* **Develop and optimise** deep learning architectures (e.g. convolutional neural networks - CNN, recurrent networks - RNN/LSTM, MLP).* **Use frameworks and libraries** such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.* **Train and evaluate** the models, monitoring performance metrics (accuracy, RMSE, F1-score, etc.).* **Implement tuning techniques** (hyperparameter optimization, early stopping, dropout, batch normalization).* **Integrate the models into software applications** or production pipelines (REST APIs, Docker containers,
cloud deployment).* **Work with data scientists and software engineers** to scale and improve AI solutions.### Required technical skills* **Programming languages**: Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), SQL.* **Machine Learning and Deep Learning**: neural network architectures, supervised and unsupervised models, regularisation techniques.* **Data processing**: data preprocessing, management of complex datasets, feature engineering.* **Development tools**: Git, Docker, Jupyter Notebook, REST APIs.* **Cloud & Deployment**: AWS, GCP, Azure, MLOps.### Contract typePermanent contract.### Expected grade (gross annual salary, RAL)Gross annual salary based on experience.### EducationDegree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent### Place of workSalerno office; Hybrid or fully remote working.*This advertisement is addressed to candidates of both sexes pursuant to the law (Law 903/77 and Legislative Decree no. 98/2006, art. 27).
