The role translates the global Su Misura strategy into targets and market action plans, monitors performance across daily business and dedicated activations,
and coordinates cross-functional support to accelerate client recruitment, conversion, and sales growth while protecting brand, product, and service standards.You’ll work closely with your Team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.More specifically you will:Act as the primary HQ business partner for assigned regions and markets, ensuring alignment between global priorities and local execution.Build and challenge annual and seasonal targets, forecasts, and commercial plans with market teams, Finance, and Go to Market.Monitor sales, orders, Guest Share, Su Misura penetration, product and category mix, average ticket, and client conversion, identifying opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.Translate performance analysis into clear market actions, agree recovery or acceleration plans with local teams, and follow their execution and results.Support the development of the daily Su Misura business and the commercial planning of activat
