Overview In this role you drive dealer performance and the Hyundai customer experience targets across your district. You will lead regular dealer engagement, define action plans to hit qualitative and quantitative goals, and monitor KPIs to ensure HMCI standards. You’ll evaluate workshop processes, assess staff skills, and shape local dealer marketing activities while analyzing competitors. Regular travel and cross-functional collaboration enable you to influence growth and service quality within the network.
