Missionrina is recruiting a building senior electrical engineer for its offices in genoa or catania, within the civil engineering division.
Key Accountabilities design, develop and implement electrical and special systems within building mep (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) frameworks, ensuring compliance with codes, standards and best practices.
coordinate subcontractors to guarantee seamless execution of electrical system designs.
contribute to data‑center electrical design, including power distribution, ups systems, grounding, lighting and energy‑management solutions.
stay updated on emerging technologies (smart building, renewable energy) and propose innovative solutions.
prepare detailed design drawings, technical specifications and reports for all project stages, from concept to construction.
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, structural, architectural) to ensure full integration of electrical systems.
apply innovative design approaches to reduce energy consumption, enhance system efficiency and support low‑carbon building initiatives.
support building‑physics assessments related to energy use, lighting quality and indoor environmental conditions.
conduct design reviews to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with client expectations.
Education & Experience master’s degree in electrical engineering.
at least 5 years of experience in building engineering, with strong capability in designing electrical systems within mep frameworks (bms, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, low‑voltage).
proficiency in critical electrical infrastructure for data centers (ups, generators, redundancy, tier levels).
familiarity with international and local electrical codes and building regulations.
effective coordination of multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent english.
Remuneration & Benefits gross annual salary range €45,000 – €55,000, plus an annual variable compensation component and company welfare benefits.
