We are seeking an engineer or graduate in mechanics or electronics for a position within the R&D; department based in Bologna.
As a Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams and driving new product development projects. Your primary objective will be to guide these projects from concept to the start of production, consistently prioritizing time, quality, scope, and cost considerations.

Manage projects according to Toyota New Product Development process
Have an overview of the company’s department overall
Qualifications/Requirements
2-3 years of experience/competence in Project Management (PMP, CSM or other Project Management certifications can be considered a plus)
Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English (spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Organized, precise, and efficient
Proactive attitude
Salary Range
The Gross Annual Salary (RAL) will be determined within a salary range of €38,000 to €43,000, in accordance with the Italian Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria)
