Job Overview

The Digital team will play a key role in the bank’s transformation strategy by redesigning, automating, and digitalizing processes with an end‑to‑end view. Its mission is to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve customer and employee experience. This team contributes to making operations more scalable, resilient, and focused on high‑value activities.
Qualifications
Location: Malaga, Spain
Relocation: Mandatory
Minimum 2 years’ experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, PowerShell
Overall minimum 3 years’ experience in IT development in general
Microsoft technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse
Database technologies: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Oracle
Repository tools: GitLab, GitHub
Programming languages: Python, PySpark, Scala, PowerShell
Other tools: Micro Strategy, Control‑M, Kafka
Knowledge of revision and supervision of data and processes
Teamwork with agile methodologies
Good communication skills with different stakeholders
English level C1; Spanish will be a plus
Agile tools: Jira and Confluence
Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, certificate of higher education, vocational education and training with technical certification
Qualities & Skills
Analytical minded with good design thinking
Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies
Ability to explain technical problems to non‑technical people
Energetic, motivated and determined
Pragmatic and results‑oriented
Adaptable to diverse set of technical responsibilities
