Mission as a junior people partner you will have a real impact on the local HR reality, supporting onboarding, performance management and employee experience. Key Responsibilities * support people partners and business leaders in performance reviews, engagement surveys and talent reviews. * act as first point of contact for employees on people‑related topics. * partner with managers on onboarding, probation follow‑ups, development conversations and day‑to‑day people management. * identify and address employee‑relations issues, escalating when necessary. * drive engagement initiatives to foster a strong team culture. * collaborate with talent acquisition on hiring needs and workforce planning. * support organizational changes, transfers, promotions and restructuring. * ensure proper implementation of people policies and compliance with local regulations. * analyze hr data (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends. * contribute to development plans,



learning initiatives and internal communication. Requirements * 3‑5 years of experience in hr, preferably in a fast‑paced start‑up environment. * bachelor’s degree in psychology, hr management, labor law, business administration or related field. * fluent in italian and english. * good knowledge of excel or googlesheets. * proactive, solution‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. * excellent communication, time‑management and organisational skills. * experience in analysing hr data and turning insights into actions is a plus.
