What You’ll Do: * Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business. * Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools. * Maintain floor and stock presence. * Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance. * Use of Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence. * Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales. You’ll Need to Have: * Excitement and enthusiasm to work in fast paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
