We are looking for a Material Management Engineer to coordinate the entire material management cycle, with a particular focus on procurement, repairs, and monitoring of logistical flows.

About this vacancy
- Manage and monitor the operational flow of materials throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial handling to final delivery.
- Coordinate procurement and repair activities, ensuring compliance with schedules and agreed objectives.
- Handle relationships with suppliers and stakeholders involved in logistics and operational processes.
- Issue and track purchase orders required to support repair and material management activities.
- Ensure constant updates of data and information within the company's ERP systems.
- Monitor the progress of activities and provide periodic updates to clients and internal functions.
- Analyze process performance and support the identification of improvement actions.
- Contribute to activity management through planning, coordination, and operational risk mitigation strategies.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Up to 2 years of experience in industrial, logistics, or supply chain environments, including through curricular or extracurricular internships.
- Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- On-site presence required 5 days a week.

What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent contract and the gross annual salary (RAL) base offered will not be less than €30,000, in compliance with the provisions of the CCNL Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to proposing a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.
In accordance with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skill development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, respecting the current company policies.
