Overview As an Abbott Ambassador you drive revenue and strengthen customer partnerships within the diagnostics space. You act as the primary Abbott contact, guiding account development and post-sales initiatives to improve profitability and customer satisfaction. You will lead strategic discussions, renewals, and new product opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and training. This role offers impact by shaping account strategy and delivering measurable value to customers and Abbott. Retribuzione / Benefits * target premio 20% * travel up to 75% * full-time employee status Responsabilità * Full revenue accountability including forecasting and target attainment * Serve as Abbott’s primary contact and trusted advisor for customers * Lead account development and post-sales implementation with cross-functional teams * Identify opportunities for new product/menu expansion and support sales efforts * Prepare and conduct regular business reviews with customers * Manage routine renewals and negotiate long-term contracts * Support implementation of new tests and provide customer training * Oversee progress of post-sales implementation with the Project Manager * Drive profitability and customer satisfaction as key success metrics Requisiti fondamentali * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 1–3 years in the diagnostics industry with account management focus * Proven success in a similar role with references and testimonials * Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and customers * Solid product and industry knowledge * Understanding of customer decision-making processes and stakeholder dynamics * Strong solution-selling and relationship-building capabilities * Excellent communication skills and problem-solving orientation * Long-term strategic account management mindset * Fluency in the local language and English; other languages advantageous * relationship-building * communication * stakeholder managemen
