### Live Your Ambition. Lead With Impact
* Act as the key link between Business and IT, translating business needs into effective application solutions and overseeing their end-to-end delivery, from requirements definition to production release. The role ensures coordination across internal IT teams and external vendors, while guaranteeing quality, timelines, security, compliance and operational effectiveness.
### Business Requirements & Solution Definition
* Understand and clarify business needs in collaboration with the Demand team.
* Support the translation of business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable functional and technical specifications.
### End-To-End Application Delivery & Vendor Management
* Manage initiatives across the entire delivery lifecycle, from requirements definition and solution validation through release, including functional testing and UAT.
* Coordinate vendors, software providers, and system integrators, ensuring quality, timelines, and expected outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure effective deployment, monitoring, and production support.
### It Governance, Security & Compliance
* Ensure application solutions comply with relevant regulatory, security, and control requirements, ensuring compliance with SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, and internal Corporate standards.
### What Makes You Unique
* 5–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
* Lead complex projects in international contexts where business needs were translated into scalable finance solutions
* Proven experience with payment solutions, payment processes and related application platforms
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
* Fluency in English and experience working in dynamic, international and cross-functional environments.
