h3Come Innovate Motion with Us /h3 pAs a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and key customers to identify and drive profitable growth opportunities. By leading business development activities, you will leverage market insights and industry trends to shape product strategy, support new product development and drive customer-focused business opportunities. /p h3Your responsibilities will be to: /h3 ul liUnderstand market needs and industry trends through customer engagement, market research, technology monitoring, product benchmarking and competitor analysis /li liDevelop and implement business growth strategies to win targeted opportunities, collaborating with regional teams to adapt business models to local market requirements /li liDrive commercial performance by monitoring revenue, profitability and BOM targets, while supporting strategy development and marketing reviews /li liCollaborate with RD teams to define product roadmaps, set development targets and drive product enhancements aligned with business strategy, customer needs and market trends /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support long‑term business success /li liAssess and monitor RFQs, business opportunities and project viability to ensure strategic and profitable decision‑making /li liPartner closely with Sales teams by providing guidance and support on product strategy, value proposition, pricing, differentiation and overall go‑to‑market approach /li /ul h3Our requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field /li liIdeally 3+ years of experience in Business Development or a similar role,
