Your responsibilities As Business Development Manager Norway, you will play a key role in building and developing KESSEL's presence in the Norwegian market. You will identify new projects and business opportunities, develop strong customer and partner relationships, and establish KESSEL as a trusted partner in the Norwegian construction market. * Identify,
analyse and pursue relevant tenders and construction projects * Position KESSEL products and solutions in specifications, tenders and project planning * Prepare and follow up on project quotations and build a sustainable project pipeline * Identify and acquire new customers within the project business and trade sector * Develop new sales partnerships and additional distribution channels across Norway * Support and further develop existing sales partners * Build strong, long-term relationships with consultants, architects, engineering firms, investors, developers and contractors * Provide technical advice and deliver product presentations and customer meetings * Conduct market, competitor and potential analyses and identify new business opportunities * Represent KESSEL in the Norwegian market Your profile * Technical or commercial education or degree, ideally related to construction, building services, HVAC/plumbing or international sales * Sever
