/p h3bPosition Summary /b /h3 pAs the Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial growth of our CDMO services, focusing on the wholeSouthern European API CDMO Market.
You will lead the full sales cycle from demand generation to account management, targeting companies in biotech, pharmaceuticals, molecular diagnostics, and related fields.
/p h3bResponsibilities /b /h3 ul liExecute the development and implementation of the market plan and growth actions for target markets, increase market-share and profitability of products; /li liEstablish and develop account relationships based on a defined strategy with key target customers; /li liUnderstand the industry dynamics, market and product marketing dynamics, and the status of homebase competitors, organize the sorting,analysis and filling of various information; /li liWork in a cross-culture and cross-functional environment,between product management, commercial marketing and RD to grow the market; /li liStrengthen our local presence and provide local support in a timely and pro-active manner.
/li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or above; /li liProven track record of success in business development within the small moleculeAPI CDMO/CMO/CRO industry in the Southern European Market ; /li liStrong technical understanding of the manufacturing processes and industry standards; /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; /li liCandidates with a background in procurement or research and development in the leading CDMO companies are preferred; /li liCandidates who have worked as Sales Director at a leading global CDMO company are preferred.
