/liliRepresent the Finance/PPM functional workstream in project meetings and governance forums.
/li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3ulli12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Finance functional consulting.
/liliStrong experience in Oracle ERP implementation and/or transformation projects.
/liliProven experience in ERP migrations, particularly Finance-related data and processes.
/liliStrong functional expertise in Oracle Finance.
/liliGood hands-on knowledge of Oracle PPM.
/liliExperience across both Finance and PPM is essential.
/liliStrong understanding of end-to-end Finance business processes.
/liliExperience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, UAT, migration, and go-live.
/liliExperience working directly with business stakeholders and process owners.
/liliStrong experience in conducting business workshops and documenting requirements.
/liliDemonstrated ability to drive business approvals and sign-offs.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
/liliAbility to work independently and take ownership of functional deliverables.
/liliExperience working in large, complex, multinational ERP programs is preferred.
