/p h3About the Role /h3 ul lipAs a Consulting Manager, you will support the growth of Cognizant's Organizational Change Management consulting business by: /p /li lipDelivering outstanding change management consulting engagements /p /li lipContributing to business development by spotting new consulting opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and supporting the development of proposals and RFP responses /p /li lipSupporting our team's growth by guiding and empowering team members and creating an inclusive, diverse, and supportive work environment that fosters professional development /p /li lipCrafting creative change management propositions that cater to our clients' needs and align with the latest market trends /p /li lipUpgrading your own skills through continuous learning and development opportunities, and sharing your insights within our company and the industry to shape our thought leadership /p /li /ul h3What Our Ideal Candidate Looks Like /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul lip6–9 years of experience, preferably in a role as an (external) organizational change management consultant /p /li lipProven track record delivering successful transformational change across technology implementations, AI-powered business transformation, IT and business process outsourcing, global delivery center establishment,
and other large-scale organizational changes at international corporations /p /li lipHands-on change experience across technology transformations, AI-driven business model shifts, process digitalization, and enterprise system implementations; experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is a premio /p /li lipExperience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred /p /li /ul h3Expertise /h3 ul lipMBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Organization Psychology, or Behavioral Science /p /li lipChange Management Certified Professional (e.g., PROSCI or ACMP) /p /li lipDeep understanding of organizational change management trends, including adoption challenges posed by AI, automation, and rapid digital transformation /p /li lipStrong affinity with digital technology and emerging tools; demonstrated ability to translate complex technological change (including AI and automation) into actionable adoption and people strategies /p /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul lipDynamic team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse and international teams /p /li lipSkilled in building long-term relationships with clients /p /li lipDedicated to supporting the growth and development of the practice and its team members /p /li lipStrong communication and presentation skills /p /li lipOutstanding people person with strong relationship skills,
