h3Job Purpose /h3 pAs IT Test Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey, ensuring the highest quality of our web applications and other digital assets.
With a strong background in testing automation, plans, designs, manages, executes and reports on tests, using appropriate testing tools and techniques to ensure that new and amended systems, configurations, packages, or services, together with any interfaces, perform as specified.
He/She is the IT interface towards development teams and, just in case, towards business stakeholders.
/p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liAbility to coordinate hybrid teams (onshore and offshore); /li liDesign and execute test cases, test scripts, test plans, test reports, and other testing deliverables for the software under test; /li liMeasure, monitor, and report on project progress and software quality; /li liDeputise for other Test Leads when required to support cross-channel activities; /li liProvide progress updates in line with the agreed reporting schedule; /li liExperience with a range of testing types, including functional, non-functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing; /li liKnowledge of defect management tools such as Quality Center (QC), JIRA, and ServiceNow; /li liAbility to analyze business requirements, contribute to requirements gathering, develop and review test plans and test cases, execute test cases, review test results, and support implementation planning.




/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExpertise in Integration Testing; /li liExpertise in Java and SQL; /li liExpertise in UI and Mobile Testing; /li liKnowledge of common testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI; /li liISTQB Foundation Level certification is considered a plus; /li liExperience in team management; /li liMaintain a strong working knowledge of all system applications and a high level of proficiency regarding system enhancements; /li liAbility to translate business users' needs into technical requirements for development teams; /li liAt least 7 years of experience in software testing activities, with solid knowledge of testing tools and methodologies; /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken; /li liAvailability to travel, for short-mid timeframe.
