In this role you help create welcoming, well-run living and working environments for tenants within Hines properties.
You will coordinate on-site services, maintenance, safety, and communications to support a high-quality tenant experience.
You'll work with cross-functional teams to organize events, manage shared spaces, and ensure smooth operations from move-ins to move-outs.
This position offers the chance to influence daily life at the structure while aligning with Hines' reputation for innovation and excellence.
You'll be the on-site point of contact who helps tenants feel supported and connected to the local community.

Move-in/out processes and tenant welcome
Site inspections and structure tour of shared areas
Organize and supervise shared spaces; manage PMS and app implementation
Create and coordinate on-site events and communications/branding
Finance support: review tenant payments and balances
Handle tenant complaints and move-out communications for re-marketing
On-site safety liaison and maintenance coordination
Receive and manage shipments; parcel collection as point of contact
Inspect and coordinate minor maintenance interventions and deficiencies
Provide concierge services (bookings, reservations, upselling services)
Verify timely maintenance work and report malfunctions/interventions
Maintain internal procedures and best practices
Inspect apartments during move-in/move-out and sign delivery/redelivery reports
Prepare reports as required by Operations Manager
Check coworking space orders and ensure cleanliness and device readiness
Support night alarm readiness and structure systems
Coordinate taxi/rental car bookings and tenant notifications
Oversee tenant laundry delivery/pickup when not handled by laundry
Communicate with tenants and vendors in multiple xysqume languages as needed
Possible transfer to other buildings for future openings
Availability to work shifts, holidays, and weekends
Speaking at least two languages fluently (Italian and English)
Confident with the use of technology
Good PR skills with tenants and external partners
Knowledge of structure systems and availability during night alarms
Basic administrative knowledge
Willingness to work shifts, holidays, and weekends
Potentially able to transfer to other buildings for future openings
Proficiency with on-site technologies and apps
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
