As a Lead AI Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of AI serving capabilities that meet strict requirements for performance, reliability, cost control, and operational readiness, while mentoring other engineers and driving consistent engineering standards across teams.
/p pAs a bLead AI Engineer /b , you will also be responsible for: /p ul lipLeading the design, analysis, implementation, and integration of AI model serving solutions.
/p /li lipDesigning and standardizing serving architectures for AI and GenAI use cases.
/p /li lipDefining and implementing safe rollout and rollback strategies.
Driving performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
/p /li lipEstablishing and reviewing runtime resilience patterns.
Providing technical leadership and coaching through design and code reviews.
/p /li lipDeveloping and reviewing performance, load, resiliency, and cost test plans.
/p /li lipEnsuring operational readiness for production launches.
Participating in architecture, operational readiness, and security reviews.
/p /li lipCollaborating with Platform, MLOps, Reliability, Security, Data, and Product teams.
/p /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will have: /p ul lipMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
/p /li lipStrong experience delivering production-grade software systems.
/p /li lipExpertise in Python development.
/p /li lipExperience with containerized, microservice-based architectures.
/p /li lipStrong understanding of API design and versioning.
Experience with AWS.
/p /li lipKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
/p /li lipExperience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
