THE ROLE We are looking for a results-driven Sales Advisor for our brand-new store in Rome who will deliver aunique and memorable experienceto each client while actively contributing to thecommercial successof the store. With a strong sales mindset, use of clienteling tools, and passion for people, you will representALOHAS valuesand play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving performance. Deliver an exceptional client experience * Offer tailored service that builds trust and long-term relationships with clients. * Use the clienteling tool effectively — whether to capture client preferences, follow up after visits, suggest new products, or support retention efforts. * Engage with customers in a meaningful way to maximize conversion and satisfaction. * Handle questions, returns, and service situations with efficiency and care. * Support a seamless shopping experience across online and offline channels.
