Responsabilità
Develop and lead safety programs aligned with corporate and regulatory standards to pursue zero-incident goals
Champion proactive safety culture across all levels through engagement and accountability
Deliver hands-on training and toolbox talks to shop-floor employees
Oversee audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions to maintain compliance
Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement data-driven preventative measures
Requisiti fondamentali
7–10 years in safety leadership roles within logistics, manufacturing, or industrial settings
Degree in a related field plus NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA certifications; qualified trainer (DM 06/03/2013)
Ability to lead large teams through major safety transformations
Hands-on presence on the floor with proactive stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication and analytical skills for performance improvement
