Overview
In this role you act as the primary client contact for production support, driving effective relationship management and delivering frontline, end-to-end SimCorp Dimension solutions.
You will resolve issues, configure and enhance applications, and translate client needs into product improvements, fostering knowledge sharing and training.
You contribute to client satisfaction and automation through best-practice delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the region.

Responsabilità
Serve as the main client contact for production support and relationship management
Provide live problem resolution for SimCorp Dimension and system operations
Maintain and enhance application configurations and handle daily operational requests
Assess client requirements for complex system enhancements and relay to product management
Collaborate with SimCorp colleagues and clients to prioritize and implement best-practice solutions
Implement additional functionality in SimCorp Dimension for existing customers
Share knowledge and ensure efficient client solutions through internal collaboration
Conduct training and develop new training to optimize software usage
Contribute to policy, practices, and procedures and influence strategic direction
Work on the EMEA shift with occasional extended hours, weekends, or holidays
Requisiti fondamentali
Educational background in finance or economics
Know-how in Front Office, Back Office, Accounting processes, or Financial Transaction Workflows
Experience with SimCorp Dimension solutions
Minimum 8 years' experience in asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian
Broad knowledge of financial issues, both theoretical and practical
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
Proactive, service-minded, problem-solving mindset under pressure
Excellent client communication, presentation, and consulting skills
Proven track record of high client satisfaction
Ability to work effectively in time-sensitive situations
Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge
Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
