Company Description
TheFashion Sales & Business Development Managerwill play a key role in developing Maison OK?'s sales strategy and building its wholesale network.
The primary focus is to define a clear commercial approach — identifying the right markets, buyers, boutiques and retail partners, creating an effective sales strategy, and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
The role will also represent Maison OK? atinternational fashion trade shows, showrooms and industry events, presenting the collection, engaging directly with buyers, building relationships and converting interest into commercial opportunities.

We are looking for someone commercially sharp, confident in representing a luxury fashion brand, and capable of turning strategy into measurable sales results.
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience infashion sales, wholesale or business development
Proven ability todevelop and execute sales strategiesfor fashion or luxury brands
Strong understanding ofbuyers, boutiques, concept stores, showrooms and wholesale channels
Experience identifying new markets, generating leads andbuilding a qualified buyer network
Experience representing fashion brands atinternational trade shows, showrooms and industry eventsxysqume
Strong negotiation skills with experienceconverting buyer interest into commercial partnerships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent Maison OK? internationally
Commercially driven, independent and comfortable working towardmeasurable sales targets
Previous experience with adesigner, premium or luxury fashion brandis highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing or a related field is preferred, butrelevant industry experience matters more
