This role requires both strong sales capability and solid technical understanding of energy storage systems.La preghiamo di leggere attentamente la panoramica e i requisiti per questa possibilità di lavoro riportati di seguito.About the RoleThis role involves developing BESS C&I; sales opportunities and achieving regional sales targets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop BESS C&I; sales opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, system integrators, EPCs and C&I; customers.Develop and manage local sales channels and support partner sell?in and sell?out activities.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable BESS solutions.Discuss key technical topics including battery systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, system sizing and application scenarios.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation and order closing.Coordinate with Product, Technical Solution, Service, Supply Chain,
Finance and Legal teams.Provide market, customer and competitor feedback to support product and pricing strategy.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of sales, technical sales or business development experience in energy storage, solar PV or power electronics.Experience in C&I; BESS sales is strongly preferred.Proven experience working with distributors, installers, EPCs or system integrators.Track record of developing customers and closing commercial opportunities.Required SkillsGood technical understanding of BESS, including battery, PCS, BMS and EMS.Strong sales and commercial negotiation skills.Good understanding of distribution and channel sales.Strong communication and customer relationship skills.Fluent in English and local language.Willing to travel within the region.
xysqume Preferred SkillsExperience in C&I; BESS sales is strongly preferred.
