and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.What We're Looking For :Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, or Commercial Finance.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.Strong leadership and team development skills.Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant finance degree preferred.Level Quadro - CCNL Commercio.
