Anton Paar develops, manufactures, and distributes high-precision laboratory instruments and provides customized automation and robotics solutions.
TheField Service Engineeris responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of Anton Paar Italia instruments at customer sites.
Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory (Lombardy and parts of Northeastern Italy), with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Manage personal spare parts inventory.
Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.
Residence in the Lombardy region, preferably in the Mantua or Cremona area.
Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
Previous experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is considered an advantage.

Employment under the ItalianNational Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio)with a gross annual salary range of€35,000–€45,000, plus a performance-based variable premio linked to the achievement of agreed objectives.
